POP Gym is a new project, working toward opening a physical space in Brooklyn, New York, to offer free self-defense and fitness classes.
Join us for a FREE workshop to learn introductory self-defense skills. We’ll be covering the basics: stretching, conditioning, technique, and theory, with the hope that participants will leave with some foundations.
Open to all ages and people with all bodies! We’ll be moving around, so participants should wear clothing in which they are comfortable stretching and sweating.
